No. Vouchers are transferable to someone in the household but are not transferable between different therapies. For example, a physiotherapy voucher can only be used for physiotherapy.

Our policy is strict because our professionals' time is very valuable. An appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance must be paid for, and if it is a voucher, it will be discounted. In physiotherapy and occupational therapy we recommend that you come to the consultation in comfortable clothing, as the health care professional may ask you to uncover your clothes in order to carry out a complete assessment of your system.

The first consultation is the first time you come to EZMA or if your last visit was more than eighteen months ago.

These are consultations where the treatment plan has already been drawn up, and they will be adapted to the pathology that the patient presents (shoulder pain will not be the same as migraines or depression will not be the same as anxiety) until discharge. During the time between the first consultation and the following ones, if you have obtained new medical tests, it is advisable that you bring them with you so that they can be taken into account in the treatments.
