PHYSIOPILATES AND THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE

Pilates is a therapeutic exercise method that aims to improve and strengthen the body and mind. It is a series of exercises repeated on mats or adapted material that will mainly strengthen our abdominal girdle.

We are fans of floor pilates, although we use a lot of materials, of course. The classes are small, with a maximum of five people and always led by a physiotherapist.

Therapeutic exercise is a training routine that is supervised at all times, with the aim of improving a person's performance and recovering from an injury or pathology, as well as reducing the pain derived from it. At EZMA, both activities are directed by a physiotherapist, who will closely monitor the student's ailments and adapt the exercise to their requirements in order to achieve the set objectives. The groups vary, from maintenance to care and movement during pregnancy.
